haha ohhh man, I just had a lesson in business of graphic design when payless shoes was sued for 336 million dollars for creating and selling 150+ shoes that looked similar to reebok's 3 stripes, they were sued for 3stripes, 2 stripes and 4 stripes shoes and Raulph Lauren is getting sued for a jacket that the sleeves holds similar stripes to a reebok's jacket

and Reebok isn't stopping there, target is probably next and we're not even talking about 3 stripes like their actual logo but anything else that confuse the consumer with, like just 2 stripes or 4 stripes (which I think is taken it too far, it's a stripe, since when can you own every number of stripes O_O)

but yeah D: if roconails (I dunno who they are XD) if they want, they can most likely sue if they gave no permission or anything, but I dunno how foreign (dunno if that's the case, if they're foreign) have any common law rights here in the U.S.....? or..well if they didn't trademark their logo internationally

you know what? This is going to sound maybe really stupid but alot of the products state that they are "made in USA", while this bottom states that it is "imported". I really really almost want to email them and ask if its fake or real imported. Roconails is not an expensive brand in Japan, so the $13.99 doesnt throw me off too much.. I'm just so curious.
